Working closely with Birmingham City Football Club, we set out to create a fully integrated, personalised website which recognises the visitor and provides a unique web experience including targeted content and a single sign on experience for the fan. We also worked with Opta to provide an integration between the website and live match day stats.

As Hull City Tigers Ticketing and CRM Partner, we were keen to use the known data about supporters from the CRM system and feed it into the website to provide a seamless and personalised journey for the user whilst they browse the site. Visitors are able to buy tickets, spend loyalty points and see targeted content all in the same website.
